Paid engineering internship assisting staff with project correspondence, meeting minutes, basic CAD designs, and formatting technical reports. Participate in meetings, support project documentation, learn design software, and perform other related engineering duties under mentorship.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical and leadership roles, focus on filling critical and hard-to-fill positions, build proactive pipelines, manage hiring processes and metrics, source candidates via LinkedIn and other sourcing tools, partner with senior leaders, represent the company at events, and ensure multi-state employment compliance.

Manage civil engineering projects end-to-end: participate in RFPs, set up budgets and schedules, manage subconsultants and staff, track progress, mitigate risks, report to clients and leadership, and close projects with final documentation and lessons learned.
