Leads the Pool Division's multi-state operations, including P&L performance, branch execution, customer retention, route economics, acquisition integration, process standardization, technology adoption, safety, and leadership development. The role oversees distributed field-service operations, improves profitability and service reliability, develops regional and branch leaders, and establishes scalable operating systems across pool service, repair, renovation, and construction businesses.

Lead Certus Home Services’ national sales strategy and distributed inside and outside sales organizations. Build scalable sales processes, CRM discipline, KPIs, forecasting, territory management, and performance systems to drive predictable, profitable growth. Develop sales leaders, improve conversion and retention, expand commercial and geographic opportunities, and partner with Operations, Marketing, and Finance to align revenue, pricing, capacity, customer acquisition, and profitability.

Owns key accounting areas including lease accounting, payroll and compensation accruals, revenue, cash receipts, journal entries, monthly close, reconciliations, flux analysis, audit and tax support, financial statement preparation, and M&A activities. The role requires strong US GAAP knowledge, ASC 842 and ASC 606 experience, advanced Excel skills, ERP proficiency, and the ability to maintain accurate supporting schedules.
