Provide day-to-day HR administrative support at an on-site aviation maintenance facility: maintain employee records, process action forms, update HRIS, track training and certifications, assist onboarding and payroll documentation, schedule interviews and trainings, respond to routine HR inquiries, and support HR events and special projects while escalating sensitive matters to HR management.

Lead 24/7 station operations overseeing aircraft line maintenance, mechanics, GSE, training, compliance, customer contracts, invoicing, and asset/tool control to ensure safety, on-time performance, profitability, and audit readiness.
