The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, analytical ability, communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software.

Applies hydrometallurgical expertise to evaluate copper and gold heap leach performance, assess residual recovery, and design solution injection programs. Interprets solution chemistry, leach tests, operational records, and metallurgical balances, then collaborates with geophysicists to guide resistivity, induced polarization, and electromagnetic surveys. The role includes technical reporting, proposals, field supervision, client interaction, safety compliance, and up to 50% domestic and international travel. Geophysical training is provided.

Develop and execute regional business development strategies for instrumentation and monitoring services across West Coast infrastructure, construction, energy, utility, and public-sector markets. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing sales pipelines, building client relationships, leading proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, meeting revenue targets, analyzing market opportunities, maintaining CRM records, forecasting sales, and coordinating with technical and operations teams. Extensive travel throughout the assigned territory is required.
