Provides administrative, executive, front desk, and customer support for Certco leadership and members. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and events, managing reception and calls, maintaining SOPs and compliance documents, processing invoices, handling mail and supplies, supporting retailer inquiries, and protecting confidential information. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, adaptability, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
