Processes and coordinates customer, special, cross-dock, and debit orders; allocates orders for picking, completes invoicing, schedules receiving appointments, and coordinates with customers, procurement, warehouses, carriers, brokers, vendors, and IT. The role monitors inbound deliveries, resolves order issues, maintains processing documentation, and provides occasional weekend coverage while working a remote Wednesday-Saturday schedule starting at 5:00 AM.
