Lead customer-facing implementations for Fortune 500 organizations by discovering and optimizing third-party risk processes, configuring workflows and automations in Certa Studio, integrating systems, debugging data flows, managing testing and go-live, and supporting hypercare. Translate customer feedback into product improvements, templates, and deployment accelerators while working with compliance, security, privacy, legal, procurement, finance, and sustainability stakeholders.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software implementations from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Lead requirements workshops, create project plans, manage scope, risks, budgets, dependencies, and change control, and coordinate solution architects, engineers, QA, and client stakeholders. Serve as the primary client contact, communicate with executive audiences, resolve blockers, and ensure successful handoffs. The role requires technical fluency in architecture, integrations, and data flows, along with strong stakeholder and delivery management skills.

Own end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise SaaS implementations from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Lead requirements discovery, project planning, scope and change control, risk management, cross-functional engineering and QA coordination, and executive client communications. Serve as the primary client contact, translate business needs into technical requirements, manage timelines and budgets, resolve blockers, and improve delivery methodologies.
