Develop and integrate backend and frontend components for CERNBox, CERN’s cloud storage platform. Deploy interoperable services using cloud-native technologies, support users and partner institutions, troubleshoot incidents, contribute to open-source projects, and collaborate across European research infrastructures. The role also includes prototyping practical AI/ML capabilities for data discovery and use, with potential stand-by and off-hours duties.

Designs precision tooling, mechanical components, and service installation solutions for the ATLAS ITk Pixel Detector. Performs structural analysis, numerical calculations, CAD modeling, technical drawing, and design verification. Develops specifications, procedures, and engineering reports; supports production, acceptance, integration, testing, cleanroom assembly, and underground installation activities. The role includes hands-on detector integration, work in radiation areas, occasional off-hours work, and collaboration with CERN and ATLAS technical teams.

Lead CERN’s Future Circular Collider communication campaign through 2028/29 approval. Develop and implement strategic communications and engagement plans, coordinate messaging and content across digital, media, and stakeholder channels, manage senior relationships and reputational risks, support public events, evaluate campaign performance, and oversee external suppliers and communication staff. The role requires strong science communication, community engagement, project management, and English and French language skills.
