Analyzes and improves insurance after-sales, claims, customer service, and sales operations processes. Designs targets, incentive schemes, metrics, SLAs, reporting, and workflow improvements; coordinates initiatives across business, claims, finance, and operations stakeholders. Ensures routine processes are completed accurately and on time, supports operational coverage when needed, identifies root causes, and reports improvement actions to the VP of Insurance.

Develops and manages short- and long-term funding strategies, monitors liquidity and capital requirements, forecasts funding and hedging needs, and builds relationships with financial institutions. The role negotiates funding facilities, reviews legal documents, manages funding operations, and prepares reporting for corporate funding partners while ensuring regulatory compliance.
