Provide in-house legal support by reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts, NDAs, and commercial agreements; advise advisors and colleagues on client agreements; manage legal intake and coordinate with outside counsel; support ad hoc legal projects and overflow for a growing RIA.

Support a Wealth Advisor by developing individualized financial and estate plans, preparing client recommendations and meeting materials, processing account transactions with custodians, maintaining CRM and financial planning software, and delivering client-facing service and onboarding.
