Lead Cerity Partners' central trading program, ensuring execution quality, operational excellence, and a service-first team culture. Oversee trade execution, rebalancing, reconciliations, model implementations and migrations, vendor/OMS/EMS evaluation, Salesforce trade case operations, compliance coordination, AI/tool adoption, performance metrics, and scaling trading capabilities across custodial platforms.
