Support proposal development and administrative operations: prepare government submission documents, manage databases and calendars, edit reports and presentations, coordinate cross-department information, assemble/ship binders, maintain records and supplies, and ensure deadlines and compliance are met.

Senior HR leader reporting to the CEO responsible for global, multi-entity HR strategy and operations. Standardize policies and compliance (federal contractor rules), lead a distributed HR team, direct compensation and benefits strategy, advise executive leadership on talent and succession planning, manage employee and labor relations, and apply HR systems. Role requires travel up to 25% and occasional self-deployment to project sites.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale civil construction and disaster recovery projects. Manage P&L, budgets, forecasting, schedules, resources, subcontractors, compliance, and safety. Serve as primary client interface for government agencies, drive risk mitigation and KPIs, lead Superintendents and cross-functional teams, and oversee mobilization through financial closeout with extensive travel.
