Designs and leads scalable, secure architectures and hands-on development for mobile and web applications supporting remote field operations. Integrates data from drones, LiDAR, sensors, AI, and rugged equipment, including offline synchronization capabilities. Evaluates technologies, guides engineering teams through delivery, conducts architecture reviews, partners with business and field stakeholders, and mentors developers. Requires strong cloud, integration, DevOps, data architecture, and application development expertise, with occasional travel to remote locations.

Manage end-to-end onboarding for US employees, including employment verification, tax forms, direct deposit, policy acknowledgements, background checks, drug screenings, and HRMS workflows. Coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and hiring managers to ensure accurate and compliant employee setup. Maintain HR data, support audits and reporting, troubleshoot HRMS issues, and communicate onboarding timelines across US time zones.

Manage end-to-end US employee onboarding including I-9/E-Verify, tax forms, direct deposit, pre-employment checks, HRMS workflow configuration (Paycom preferred), payroll/benefits coordination, data accuracy, reporting, and user support to ensure compliant, timely new-hire experiences.
