Manage end-to-end US employee onboarding including I-9/E-Verify, tax forms, direct deposit, pre-employment checks, HRMS workflow configuration (Paycom preferred), payroll/benefits coordination, data accuracy, reporting, and user support to ensure compliant, timely new-hire experiences.

Maintain and validate subcontractor records in Salesforce and SharePoint, ensure data accuracy and compliance, manage documentation and workflows, support cross-functional teams, and complete assigned tasks on time while following SOPs and supporting audits.

Prepare, write, and edit proposals, SOQs, and RFP/RFQ responses for U.S. operations. Ensure compliance, quality, and branding; translate SME inputs into client-focused narratives; manage templates, version control, and final submissions; support presentations and marketing collateral while meeting tight deadlines.
