Analyzes supporter behavior, fundraising performance, campaigns, retention, and lifetime value to identify actionable growth opportunities. Maintains data quality, dashboards, reports, visualizations, and audience segmentation while supporting predictive analysis and business intelligence improvements across Salesforce and other fundraising systems. Partners with stakeholders to translate complex data into clear recommendations and promote data-driven decision-making.

Provides physiotherapy assessment and evidence-based intervention for clients aged 0–65 with cerebral palsy, physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, genetic conditions, and neurodiversity. Works across clinic and community settings within a multidisciplinary team, supporting client goals, early intervention, school-aged therapy, adult services, intensive groups, and equipment clinics. Requires collaboration with families and other therapists, ongoing professional development, and adherence to clinical, safety, and NDIS standards.

Provides physiotherapy services to children and adults, primarily people with cerebral palsy and complex disabilities. Responsibilities include clinic-based and community assessments, evidence-based interventions, client-centred care, collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, and supporting clients’ independence and goals. Senior clinicians may mentor colleagues and contribute to broader therapy support. The role involves regional outreach across Port Macquarie and surrounding communities.
