Lead and manage the companys compliance program for aggregate spend and transparency laws (Sunshine Act and state/international rules). Oversee reporting, investigations, audits, training, HCP engagement reviews, and compliance metrics while partnering with legal, commercial, medical affairs, and external vendors to ensure data integrity and remediation.

Support Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership with sales performance analytics, KPI frameworks, forecasting and scenario models. Perform deep analysis of sales, customer, and product data, deliver recurring and ad hoc reports, automate and improve reporting processes, and translate complex datasets into executive-ready insights to drive revenue performance and strategic decision-making.

The Clinical Sales Representative will engage with surgeons and stakeholders, drive adoption of Cerapedics' products, and support account growth through territory management and effective communication strategies.
