Teams at Ceragon Networks

Provide Tier-2 technical support for microwave/millimeterwave transmission networks: reproduce and debug issues in lab, analyze system performance, handle complex escalations, coordinate with Tier-3, document resolutions, and support regional engineers and certified customers.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Ceragon microwave and IP/MPLS transport systems. Design, configure, and deploy routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Nokia, Juniper, HP); implement IP/MPLS network solutions; collaborate with NOC and field teams; participate in 24/7 rotations; develop automation scripts; produce network documentation and participate in customer technical reviews.

Design and develop embedded software (C/C++) for wireless communications platforms, including high-level applications and L2-L3 protocol stacks. Participate in requirements, design, coding on Linux, unit testing, and collaborate with systems, hardware, and verification teams.
