The Customer Support Expert provides advanced technical support for telecommunications hardware and software, troubleshoots complex issues, collaborates with teams, and trains staff. Travel is required for on-site support.

Lead a hardware design team to deliver high-speed networking platforms from concept through production. Oversee schematics, PCB layout, SI/PI, SerDes, DDR, PDN, validation, testing, manufacturing transition, DFM/DFA/DFT, cross-functional collaboration, scheduling, recruiting, and root-cause resolution of field issues.
