Ceragon Networks seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Paraguay to support North American business growth. The role responds to inbound leads, conducts discovery, qualifies and nurtures prospects, coordinates meetings, maintains accurate Salesforce records, and provides complete handoffs to sales, channel, or business development teams. The representative collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Presales, and Sales Operations while managing multiple customer conversations and contributing to qualified pipeline. Fluency in English and Spanish and regular overlap with North American working hours are required.

Coordinates project governance, reporting, setup, budget approvals, documentation, purchasing support, timesheets, vendor follow-up, and project closure. Maintains accurate data across internal systems, ensures process compliance, prepares portfolio reports, resolves budget and system issues, and supports project managers and cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Success, and Vendor Management.

Develop and execute Ceragon’s North American system integrator channel strategy. Recruit and activate partners, build joint business plans, generate qualified pipeline, lead complex pursuits, and drive opportunities through commercial close. Manage executive relationships, partner enablement, forecasting, CRM activity, and performance tracking while collaborating with sales, product, marketing, services, finance, legal, and operations teams. The role focuses on wireless connectivity and private network solutions across public safety, defense, energy, oil and gas, and mining markets.
