Resident Engineer supporting the Xplore network as the primary technical and operational customer contact. Responsibilities include fault and incident management, network troubleshooting, performance monitoring, escalation coordination, software and firmware upgrades, third-party field-service management, dispatch oversight, operational reporting, and customer relationship management. The role requires strong radio, RF, and Layer 2/Layer 3 networking expertise, customer-facing technical support experience, and approximately 25% international travel.

Provides advanced L3 support, troubleshooting, configuration, design, optimization, and technical analysis for multi-vendor telecommunications networks. Works across IP/MPLS, Microwave, DWDM, and 4G/5G technologies, supports NOC and deployment activities, resolves complex incidents, and collaborates with customers, R&D, and global engineering teams. The role also contributes to traffic engineering, network integration, solution delivery, technical guidance, and continuous improvement.
