Manages accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment processing, collections, account reconciliation, customer billing inquiries, record keeping, reporting, cash-flow forecasting, and debt reduction. The role supports financial compliance and process improvement while maintaining accurate billing records and actively following up with more than 100 client accounts.

Drive new business growth in the UAE by hunting and winning clients in a technical SaaS environment. Manage and expand customer accounts, build lasting relationships, address client needs, resolve issues, track sales targets and metrics, forecast results, and identify growth opportunities. The role also provides guidance to account representatives and requires strong communication, negotiation, CRM, market knowledge, and sales performance skills.

Lead and manage end-to-end transaction processing (AP, AR, collections) across jurisdictions. Ensure accurate invoicing, payments, credit assessments, collections, internal controls, process improvements, month-end support, and team development while coordinating with procurement, sales, legal, IT, and banking partners.
