The DevOps Engineer develops and improves CI/CD pipelines, automates build, testing, deployment, configuration, backups, and monitoring processes. Responsibilities include managing cloud-native infrastructure, monitoring system performance, ensuring reliability and availability, troubleshooting issues, implementing security controls, and supporting development teams. The role requires experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, scripting, Linux administration, and serverless architectures.

Provides first-line B2B customer support across phone, email, live chat, and ticketing channels. Troubleshoots CEQUENS SMS, WhatsApp, Voice, and CPaaS products; logs, classifies, escalates, and follows up on tickets in Freshdesk; collaborates with technical, product, billing, and operations teams; documents knowledge-base content; and supports customers through rotational 24/7 shifts.
