Lead Cepheo Norway’s Finance & Operations business area with full P&L ownership. Drive growth, profitability, delivery excellence, capacity planning, and customer outcomes. Build and scale consulting, architecture, and solution development teams. Align strategy with execution, manage project health, utilization, invoicing and margins, and collaborate with Sales and delivery functions to expand customers and industry specialization.

Lead and develop Cepheo Norway's sales and business development function, define and execute go-to-market strategy, build predictable pipeline, drive industry-focused growth, manage strategic customer engagements and partnerships (notably Microsoft), and ensure close collaboration between sales, marketing, and delivery to achieve revenue and market expansion goals.

Lead finance-focused D365FO implementations as a functional solution architect. Design finance processes, challenge customers on optimization, coordinate across workstreams, advise on integrations with sales, procurement, inventory and production, and collaborate with project teams and nearshore developers throughout analysis, implementation, and support.
