Lead client engagement cadences, technology roadmaps, cybersecurity planning, licensing and contract renewals, budgeting, retention, and account expansion. Conduct executive meetings and QBRs, identify operational and risk-reduction improvements, and collaborate with engineering, service delivery, and sales teams to resolve issues and deliver client success.

Outside sales role responsible for identifying and closing new IT business, managing full sales cycle, building long-term client relationships, presenting managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud and infrastructure solutions, and meeting revenue and profitability targets.
