Develop and mature a plant reliability program for rotating equipment, conveyors, and hydraulic systems. Lead root cause analysis, reliability-centered maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance, SAP PM improvements, equipment standards, and maintenance strategy development. Build metrics for MTBF, MTTR, OEE, and recurring failures; integrate condition-monitoring technologies; support capital projects; and mentor maintenance and operations teams in shifting from reactive to planned maintenance.

Leads the plant engineering organization across project, reliability, electrical power, drafting, and technical services. Oversees engineering capability, capital planning, reliability initiatives, technical standards, process improvements, and engineered solutions. Partners with Operations, Maintenance, EHS, Finance, and Corporate teams to resolve complex plant issues, manage technical risks, develop capital projects, and improve safety, reliability, production, and business performance. Manages engineering personnel, budgets, project execution, compliance, succession planning, and continuous improvement.
