Coordinate and implement safe, appropriate discharge plans for incarcerated patients to ensure continuity of care after release. Work with the Director of Nursing and a multidisciplinary team, complete required screenings, and manage discharge-related documentation and referrals within a correctional healthcare setting.

Support the Program Manager overseeing clinical and non-clinical functions of a multidisciplinary mental health team in Pennsylvania correctional facilities. Supervise staff, ensure NCCHC-aligned clinical practices, implement contract policies, manage CQI and audits, coordinate with custody and facility administration, handle grievances and transfers, and report staffing, compliance, and fiscal needs to executive leadership. Maintain regulatory and safety compliance.

Provide clinical, educational, and professional supervision of nursing and support staff in a correctional facility. Collaborate with contract manager and multidisciplinary medical and mental health leadership to improve incarcerated patients' healthcare and ensure clinical operations meet standards.
