Provide release planning for incarcerated patients by coordinating behavioral health, medical services, and community resources with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care upon release. Complete discharge plans, comply with security clearance/background checks, and maintain required BLS certification.

Provide clinical, educational, and professional supervision for nursing and support staff in a correctional facility. Collaborate with medical and mental health leadership, oversee nursing operations, ensure regulatory and certification compliance, and support quality patient care for incarcerated individuals.

Supervise nursing and support staff on assigned shifts in a correctional facility. Provide direct and indirect nursing care, collaborate with multidisciplinary team, ensure compliance with screenings and certifications, and support patient physical and mental health needs under the Director of Nursing.
