Leads and develops a software engineering team responsible for designing, modernizing, testing, deploying, and supporting a healthcare SaaS platform. Partners with product, clinical, operations, and platform teams; establishes engineering best practices; guides cloud modernization, security, scalability, integrations, and technical prioritization; manages technical debt and delivery risks; and mentors, hires, and develops engineers.

Leads enterprise technology projects from initiation through completion, managing plans, budgets, resources, risks, scope, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Tracks KPIs, ensures contractual and regulatory compliance, and coordinates with internal teams, government agencies, healthcare providers, and clients. The role requires strong project management, analytical, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in project management software. PMP certification and a relevant bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Manages regional office operations, supervises administrative staff, coordinates onboarding and temporary staffing, supports invoicing and payroll-related processes, maintains credentialing and compliance records, generates reports, and serves as a liaison among facility staff, leadership, corporate departments, vendors, and external stakeholders.
