Candidates must pass drug screening, criminal background checks, and obtain required security clearance. Corrections experience is not required.

The full-time day-shift role may be filled by an LPN or RN and requires Missouri licensure, CPR certification, and IV certification for LPNs. Develops and implements statewide continuous quality improvement programs for correctional healthcare services. Ensures compliance with laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and contracts; collects and analyzes quality data; prepares reports; and supports problem solving across regional sites. This remote/traveling role requires visits to Northern Illinois facilities two to four days weekly and occasional travel to Springfield.
