Assist the Senior Property Manager with leasing, resident relations, staff supervision, operations, maintenance and risk management for a multi-family property. Handle customer service, rent collection, invoicing, reporting, inspections, compliance with legislation, and contractor/vendor performance. Prepare financial and operational reports and support preventative maintenance and safety programs.

Support tax compliance and reporting for Canadian and U.S. entities: prepare corporate, partnership and trust returns, indirect tax filings, tax provisions, respond to audits, assist tax planning for transactions, and maintain corporate records and CRA accounts while collaborating with internal teams and external advisors.

Manage day-to-day operations, administration and leasing of a Montreal apartment community: tenant relations and service, marketing/showing units, lease processing, rent collection, inspections, vendor coordination, maintenance follow-up, record-keeping, and emergency on-call support.
