Design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise unified-communications/voice solutions per Air Force standards. Configure Avaya Aura suite, SBCs, E-911, ACDs; perform capacity planning, protocol analysis, vendor evaluations, topology documentation, and 24/7 operational support while maintaining security and accreditation requirements.

Lead RMF SME supporting the Wing Cyberspace Office to manage RMF lifecycle, develop and validate eMASS RMF packages, conduct risk assessments, support ATO/ATC/IATT, track POA&Ms, and advise on STIGs and remediation. Provide technical guidance, audit support, and RMF training to improve cybersecurity posture across the base.

Evaluate and test software for supportability, operability, compatibility, and security for AFNet/SIPRNet. Review certification requests, install and assess products in test environments, produce Certification Memos, coordinate mitigations, and manage EPL SharePoint records and metrics.
