Provides administrative and budget support for the NWS NEXRAD Radar Operations Center. Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing budget documents and financial reports, tracking expenditures and procurement activity, updating financial systems and spreadsheets, coordinating meetings, managing office resources, and handling sensitive information. The role requires strong organization, Excel proficiency, attention to detail, communication skills, and two years of administrative experience.

Manages information security and vulnerability remediation for DoD systems. Responsibilities include analyzing ACAS scans, applying patches and security fixes, troubleshooting Windows systems, repackaging software with PowerShell, reviewing configurations against DISA STIGs, supporting HBSS, and meeting customer service and ticket-resolution metrics. Requires Windows, Active Directory, hardware, scripting, cybersecurity tool, communication, and customer support expertise, plus Security+ certification and a TS/SCI clearance.

Identify, assess, track, and remediate enterprise vulnerabilities using ACAS, Tanium, and related tools. Coordinate patching with system administrators, automate remediation and configuration tasks with PowerShell, and manage secure Windows and Active Directory baselines. Track closures in ServiceNow, prepare compliance and risk reports, and support RMF, STIG, endpoint management, and patch deployment activities. Communicate findings and remediation guidance to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
