Leads industrial safety programs across a plant, providing hazard assessment, compliance oversight, training, inspections, contractor safety guidance, accident investigations, and regulatory reporting. Serves as the scaffold Competent Person and industrial safety subject matter expert, participates in pre-job briefs, lockout/tagout reviews, and job hazard analyses, and exercises stop-work authority. Requires a Q security clearance, safety experience, and an associate degree or equivalent experience; occupational safety and health education and industrial hygiene experience are preferred.

Leads supplier identification, qualification, selection, negotiation, and performance management for manufacturing materials and components. Drives cost, quality, delivery, risk mitigation, supplier improvement, documentation control, and supply chain technology planning. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program teams; develops suppliers and manages sourcing processes, contracts, audits, scorecards, and risk strategies. Frequent travel to supplier sites is required.

Performs supplier quality inspections, validates components, documents results, supports first-article and PPAP activities, and drives corrective actions. The role collaborates with Procurement, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve supplier issues, monitor trends, support audits, train personnel, and improve processes. Travel to supplier sites is required for evaluations. Candidates need manufacturing quality-control experience, precision measurement skills, multiple NDT certifications, quality software proficiency, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Q security clearance.
