Design and develop centrifuge components, assemblies, machines, and facility-related hardware from concept through released documentation. Create Creo 2D drawings and 3D models, perform engineering calculations, make material and tolerance decisions, lead design reviews, prepare fabrication and assembly documentation, support prototyping and testing, resolve production issues, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, procurement, and operations.

Designs precision production gages and fixtures for machined components and assemblies, including go/no-go, functional, analytical, check, and CMM gaging. Creates 3D models and detailed drawings, updates existing designs, collaborates with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing, and manages project timelines and budgets. Requires expertise in GD&T, 3D CAD, manufacturing quality systems, and obtaining and maintaining a DOE Q-level security clearance.

Processes and reconciles biweekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timely payments, and correct deductions. Maintains payroll and timekeeping data, handles special payments and employee inquiries, supports reporting and audits, and collaborates with HR and Finance on cost allocations and data integrity. The role also helps improve payroll processes and requires knowledge of payroll laws, tax principles, Excel, and HRIS or ERP systems.
