Provides hands-on managed services support for Oracle Exadata and engineered systems. Responsibilities include database and infrastructure administration, patching, upgrades, migrations, high availability, performance tuning, security compliance, monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, automation, documentation, and 24x7 operational support. The role also leads technical improvements, mentors junior engineers, coordinates change activities, and supports customer service-level commitments in a ticket-driven environment.

Manage payroll processing in Paylocity, sync payroll data with NetSuite, administer benefits and retirement plans, support leave requests, onboard employees, maintain personnel records, process employee changes, answer payroll and benefits questions, and produce recurring HR reports.

Provides production support and administration for WebSphere and related middleware environments. Responsibilities include monitoring, incident triage, application deployments, troubleshooting, patching, SSL and access administration, automation scripting, documentation, client coordination, maintenance windows, and on-call support for North American clients.
