Manage, optimize, and report on paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta to generate leads for real estate clients. Handle campaign setup, targeting, A/B tests, budget allocation, real-time optimizations, and performance reporting while collaborating with creative and client teams.

Provides customer service and resident support in a student housing community. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, supporting leasing and marketing, conducting tours, managing digital inquiries, organizing community events, maintaining records, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, promoting safety, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with housing staff. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, special events, and on-call emergency coverage.
