Coordinates patient recruitment and retention for clinical trials, screens candidates against study protocols, conducts informed consent and screening visits, collects vital signs and medical histories, maintains recruitment databases and trial documentation, resolves data queries, tracks enrollment metrics, and supports outreach events. The role works closely with site management, research operations, investigators, and regional research sites.

Supports Phase I-IV clinical research studies through participant recruitment and screening, informed consent, clinical assessments, phlebotomy, sample processing, data entry, adverse-event reporting, investigational product accountability, and study documentation. Maintains compliance with protocols, GCP, SOPs, and regulations while assisting with monitoring visits, audits, scheduling, laboratory preparation, and participant check-in. This fully onsite role works closely with investigators, coordinators, and site staff Monday through Friday.

Supports Phase I-IV clinical research studies across multiple Toronto-area sites. Responsibilities include participant recruitment and consent, phlebotomy, vitals and ECGs, follow-up visits, sample processing, data entry, chart and query reviews, adverse-event reporting, investigational product accountability, documentation, and audit preparation. Regular travel between sites is required.
