The HR Generalist supports employees across Canada and the U.S. throughout the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include onboarding, offboarding, HRIS and employee records management, benefits and leave administration, employee relations, workplace investigations, compliance, reporting, manager coaching, and process improvement. The role also supports audits, policies, organizational projects, and occasional talent acquisition activities while using HR technology, automation, and AI tools to improve workflows.

Configures and maintains study-specific electronic source documents, CTMS visit templates, financial workflows, billing items, and study schedules. Reviews clinical trial agreements and budgets, supports study teams and site users, troubleshoots CTMS issues, and ensures configurations align with protocols, company standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the study lifecycle.

Supports budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash-flow management, financial modeling, and recurring reporting across corporate and site-level cost centers. Builds dashboards and KPI tracking, maintains shared financial models, partners with operational and clinical leaders, and contributes to integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow modeling. The role also helps automate reporting and establish FP&A processes and best practices.
