Responsibilities include customer journey and nurture campaigns, demand-generation content, AI-enabled marketing execution, HubSpot campaign automation, lead management, performance reporting, optimization, and event-related content. The role partners with marketing, growth, service-line leaders, and subject matter experts to improve customer engagement and measurable business outcomes.
