Design, deploy, maintain, and support Azure IaaS workloads, hybrid identity, security, backups, and migrations from Hyper-V or VMware to Azure. Automate infrastructure with PowerShell, Terraform, or ARM templates, ensure documentation and compliance, collaborate with client and internal teams, and serve as a technical escalation point and mentor.

Plans, executes, and optimizes integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, advertising, webinars, events, content, social media, ABM, nurture, and partner channels. Aligns campaigns with revenue goals, manages calendars and stakeholders, supports product launches and growth initiatives, and partners with sales to generate pipeline. Uses marketing automation, AI tools, analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting to improve engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue.

Provides Tier 1 IT help desk and infrastructure support, including troubleshooting, issue escalation, client onboarding, hardware deployment, racking, cabling, installation, documentation, and change-management assistance. Supports Windows environments, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, imaging, compute, storage, backup, and automation systems. Maintains project records, reports progress, meets deadlines, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation. Frequent local travel and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds are required.
