AI-enabled features and enterprise systems integrations are also part of the role.

Develop APIs, integrations, data pipelines, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and secure data synchronization across networks. Participate in agile sprints, code reviews, documentation, issue resolution, and technical knowledge sharing. The role may also involve integrating LLM and agentic AI capabilities.

Build full-stack, cloud-native web applications and enterprise integrations supporting HR and employee experience platforms. Develop APIs, maintain high-quality code, create CI/CD pipelines, implement observability, document technical decisions, participate in agile sprints and code reviews, resolve issues, and share engineering best practices. The role also involves integrating systems such as SAP and potentially adding LLM and agentic AI capabilities.
