Create and execute social media content for CSIT, track social trends, support publicity and outreach events, measure content performance, and recommend improvements. The intern will collaborate with Corporate Communications to develop content aligned with target audiences and marketing objectives, using mobile video and photo editing tools such as CapCut and Instagram Reels.

Leads talent acquisition analytics and process improvement, including dashboard development, workforce forecasting, assessment enhancement, workflow automation, SOP updates, TA system transformation, change management, reporting training, and stakeholder data requests. Translates recruitment insights into hiring strategies and staffing recommendations while improving selection quality and operational effectiveness.

Develop and implement workforce planning frameworks and policies for CSIT. The role oversees process reviews, supports workforce design and transformation, analyzes workforce health and trends, develops data-driven interventions, partners with senior management, and represents the community in policy discussions with stakeholders.
