Teams at Centre for Effective Altruism

Lead CEA’s grantmaking operations across intake, diligence, compliance, structuring, payments, monitoring, and closeout. Serve as the internal authority on US charitable grantmaking, including cross-border grants, individual grants, DAFs, and non-standard vehicles. Manage and grow the Grants Operations team, partner with grantmakers and Finance, establish scalable systems and controls, and guide risk-sensitive decisions. Develop SOPs, templates, technology systems, reporting, and evaluation processes that support rapid, compliant grant deployment.

Lead the EA Infrastructure Fund and the Community Building Grants program: set fund strategy, make and oversee high-quality grants, source opportunities, grow fundraising and donor relationships, build partnerships, represent the fund externally, hire and manage staff, and contribute to EA Funds' broader strategic direction.
