Provides registration, data entry, clerical, billing, records, reporting, scheduling, inventory, and meeting support for a hospital Mental Health Department and its physicians. The role coordinates communications with patients, families, healthcare agencies, and internal departments while maintaining accurate statistics and documentation. It also processes insurance and medical record requests and supports psychiatric consultations and emergency services scheduling.

Provides skilled nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. Responsibilities include basic nursing care, activities of daily living assistance, data collection, medication administration, monitoring treatments and adverse reactions, pain assessment, documentation, resident and family education, care-plan participation, and delegation under RN supervision.

Provides operational and clinical pharmacy services, including medication order review, verification, dispensing, clinical interventions, drug information, transitional care, and direct patient care. Optimizes drug therapy, supports quality improvement and regulatory compliance, assists with pharmacy projects, and collaborates with physicians, nurses, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
