Serve as the AI-proficient Technical Product Owner owning backlog, writing testable user stories and specs, leading sprint execution, coordinating UAT and QA, leveraging AI to accelerate specification, testing, and documentation, and aligning delivery with product strategy.

Provide operational and strategic advisory services for enterprise CAD and Mobile systems: system health reviews, proactive maintenance, issue triage, upgrade and lifecycle planning, stakeholder communication, and organizational adoption support for public safety agencies.
