Own the Pro Suite product roadmap (CAD, RMS, Jail Management) for public safety customers. Drive strategy, user research, AI-informed prioritization, and KPIs. Translate requirements into user stories, collaborate with engineering and UX to deliver features, embed AI/automation, lead releases, and coordinate go-to-market and customer engagement.

Implement and configure financial ERP software for public-sector customers, lead system demonstrations and reviews, maintain subject-matter expertise, manage project tasks and communications, build customer relationships, work independently and with project teams, and travel up to 25% for customer training.
