Teams at Central Valley Training Center, Inc.

Manages day and community-based programs, supervises instructors and job coaches, develops participant service plans, coordinates schedules and interdisciplinary meetings, monitors staff performance, and ensures safe, compliant, high-quality services. Provides staff training, crisis intervention support, participant assistance, documentation, budgeting, and occasional direct care. Requires regional travel, vehicle use, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Coordinates and supervises direct-care staff across day and community-based programs. Evaluates participant needs, develops service plans, monitors schedules and safety, supports community integration and employment activities, conducts staff training and performance reviews, manages documentation and budgets, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. Provides intermittent direct participant care, crisis intervention, and rapid on-call support. Requires regional travel, vehicle operation, physical assistance, and compliance with state licensing and agency standards.
