Supervise and coordinate direct care staff in day and community programs; develop and adjust participant Individual Service Plans; train staff; ensure safety, documentation, regulatory compliance, and community integration; handle scheduling, performance management, and occasional direct participant care. Requires on-call rotation and regional travel up to 20%.

Process and maintain payroll data, produce paychecks/electronic transfers, reconcile payroll accounts, prepare payroll reports, ensure tax and legal compliance, respond to payroll inquiries, support audits, and maintain confidential payroll records and filing systems.
