Assists with receiving, loading, shipping, transferring, and inventorying grain and agronomy products. Drives company and tender trucks, supports fertilizer and chemical mixing, assists with train loads and scale operations, monitors grain quality, performs maintenance and housekeeping, completes documentation, and promotes safe, accurate, customer-focused operations.

Applies dry and liquid fertilizer, lime, and crop protection products using application equipment. Loads, mixes, transports, and stores agricultural products safely; maintains equipment and plant facilities; manages inventory, records, and billing accuracy; assists with crop scouting and producer services; and provides customer service while following safety, regulatory, and PPE requirements.

Applies fertilizer, lime, crop protection products, and other agronomy products using specialized equipment. The role offers on-the-job training and assistance obtaining a CDL and commercial applicator license.
