Teams at Central Texas Nursing and Rehabilitation

Provides non-clinical support to nursing services and residents by making beds, answering call lights, delivering meals, maintaining clean and safe areas, assisting with laundry, encouraging activities, documenting information, and reporting concerns to nursing or management.

Lead and supervise direct care teams, administer medications, implement and document resident care plans and treatments, transcribe physician orders, conduct nursing assessments, educate staff, ensure infection control and safety, and coordinate staffing during shortages to maintain resident well-being.
