Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions across Square 9 and AgVantage, verify invoices, apply discounts and use tax, manage payments and vendor reconciliations, support month-end close, handle intercompany transactions, forward fixed asset invoices, maintain AP records, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Support bulk and bagged feed manufacturing, facility and equipment maintenance, loadout and deliveries, warehouse organization, and general housekeeping. Operate tractors, semis, loaders, conveyors; work extended peak-season hours and meet DOT physical/drug testing requirements.

Unload/load trucks and trains, weigh, sample and test grain, maintain grain handling equipment and facilities, perform local grain deliveries, and ensure safety and quality standards. Provide customer service and assist other departments as needed, including extended hours during peak seasons.
