Operate and maintain farm equipment to apply chemicals and fertilizer, deliver inputs, fill anhydrous tanks, assist warehouse tasks, perform physical labor (lifting, climbing, confined spaces), and handle data entry. Must obtain CDL endorsements, pass DOT physical/drug test, and work extended hours during peak seasons.

Assist agronomy team with field scouting, data collection, inventory management, equipment operation, and customer visits. Gain practical experience with seed, crop protection, precision agriculture products, and agronomy operations while following safety procedures and working independently and in teams.
