Teams at Central Power Systems & Services

Performs multi-state sales and use tax compliance, internal billing review, invoice audits, account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end and year-end close support, financial reporting, and audit documentation. Resolves billing discrepancies, maintains compliance with accounting policies and internal controls, and contributes to process improvements and automation. Serves as backup to the sales tax accountant and collaborates with internal departments to ensure accurate and efficient billing processes.

Processes high-volume accounts payable transactions, including invoices and credit memos; reconciles general ledger accounts; posts journal entries; maintains vendor records; supports month-end, year-end, and audit activities; resolves purchase order and payment discrepancies; and ensures compliance with company policies and GAAP.
