Owns and develops Central Power and Powerforce brand standards across multiple locations. Creates print, digital, motion, video, photography, presentation, and sales enablement assets. Leads end-to-end video production, manages creative vendors, maintains asset libraries, and ensures consistent co-branding with OEM partners. The role is hands-on, requires advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, on-location production, cross-functional collaboration, and approximately 10% travel.

Assembles, installs, inspects, and tests custom diesel and natural gas generator systems. Reads blueprints and specifications, works with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fuel, exhaust, and cooling components, verifies tolerances using precision tools, documents quality results, and identifies safety or production issues. The role requires safe handling of tools and lifting equipment, collaboration to meet production schedules, and participation in continuous improvement activities.

Designs, validates, troubleshoots, and improves electrical systems for generator products, including wiring harnesses, control panels, schematics, and power distribution. Supports production, testing, new product development, engineering changes, quality planning, and continuous improvement. Collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, production, quality, operations, service, customers, vendors, and suppliers while ensuring compliance with electrical codes and industry standards.
