Manage a portfolio of high-capacity individual donors to secure annual gifts ($25,000+) and seven-figure capital gifts. Cultivate, qualify, steward, and solicit prospects through meetings, events, proposals, and tailored outreach. Conduct 60–80 prospect meetings yearly, prepare briefings and proposals, track donor activity in Raiser's Edge, and collaborate with prospect research and organizational partners to grow major gift revenue.

Lead editorial strategy and execution across website, newsletters, in‑Park collateral, and other materials. Manage editorial calendar, write and copyedit content, oversee approvals and house style, mentor staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage freelancers, and project-manage major communications initiatives.

Plan, organize, and coordinate film shoots and special events in Central Park. Develop operational plans, liaise with City agencies and production companies, conduct site reviews, oversee event staff and compliance, maintain calendars and tracking, provide visitor information, and perform related operational duties including setup, cleanup, and post-event analysis.

Support and maintain the Conservancys ArcGIS and OpenGov EAM deployments, assist field staff with data collection and training, ensure data integrity, build maps/dashboards, run queries and automations, and provide administrative and project-based support for operational asset management.

Provide high-level administrative support to the President & CEO and Chief of Staff, managing complex calendars, correspondence, meetings, materials, confidential contacts, contracts/invoices, and credit card reconciliation. Support major projects and internal leadership/board materials, coordinate cross-departmental efforts, and assist with donor correspondence and special initiatives.

Lead strategy, development, and ongoing management of centralparknyc.org and related digital properties. Oversee front-end development, CMS administration (Craft), analytics (GA4, Looker Studio), SEO/GEO, tracking infrastructure, vendor relationships, and a small web team. Drive roadmap, implement tools, ensure governance and QA, and collaborate with IT and Marketing to align digital initiatives with organizational goals and fundraising objectives.

Supervise and work alongside groundskeepers at parks across NYC, ensuring safe, high-quality landscape maintenance. Duties include mowing, trimming, seeding, trash removal, equipment operation and maintenance, snow removal, reporting, coordinating with NYC Parks, and training staff to follow work plans and safety procedures.

Lead major gifts fundraising strategy, cultivate and solicit a portfolio of 80–100 major donors, drive endowment and planned giving growth, oversee individual and major giving team, and support strategic initiatives including the Perimeter Initiative and the FOR ALL Campaign.
