Leads and grows a portfolio of high-value commercial lending and deposit relationships while managing a sales team. Develops business, retail product, and service penetration; coaches employees toward financial goals; oversees client relationships, credit quality, compliance, risk management, and operational efficiency. Requires strong commercial lending, deposit-gathering, business development, credit, and people-management experience.

Leads the design, implementation, administration, and support of enterprise systems, applications, hybrid infrastructure, Azure, and AWS cloud platforms. Manages identity, endpoints, Microsoft 365, certificates, networking, automation, security, monitoring, resiliency, migrations, and production troubleshooting. Develops infrastructure as code, technical standards, documentation, and recovery plans while mentoring technical staff and coordinating vendors and cross-functional initiatives.

Provides administrative and executive support across multiple levels, including calendar, meeting, travel, document, report, invoice, event, and follow-up management. The senior level handles confidential leadership matters, complex scheduling, advanced research and analysis, executive meeting preparation, cross-department coordination, special projects, external inquiries, and guidance for administrative staff. Requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, communication, and independent decision-making in a fast-paced corporate environment.
