Collaborates with department leadership, staff, families, and community partners while promoting healthy living, teamwork, confidence, and social responsibility.

Teaches music and movement classes, develops youth music programming, supervises participants, manages group dynamics, prepares and sanitizes equipment, recruits and coordinates volunteers, promotes YMCA programs, maintains attendance and incident records, and supports a safe, welcoming environment focused on youth development and social skills.

Teaches art and handwork classes for children and seniors, develops and delivers safe, engaging art programming, supervises participants, prepares supplies, coordinates volunteers, promotes YMCA services, maintains attendance and incident records, and supports a clean, welcoming environment. The role also builds relationships with staff, families, participants, and community partners while supporting youth development, social responsibility, and healthy living.

Provides tennis and pickleball instruction through individual lessons, group clinics, tournaments, and community events. Develops program plans, supports participant skill development, manages rosters and payments, maintains equipment and courts, and promotes YMCA programs and fundraising. Builds relationships with members and partners, ensures participant safety and licensing compliance, and fulfills mandated reporter responsibilities. Requires flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to perform physically active duties.

Coordinates youth and adult programs, summer camps, sports leagues, tournaments, and after-school activities. Leads staff and volunteers, maintains schedules, equipment, facilities, registrations, and program statistics, promotes YMCA services, ensures safety and licensing compliance, supports administrative tasks, and builds relationships with participants, families, staff, and community partners.

Deliver safe, engaging afterschool programming for youth: plan and run activities, supervise participants, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, check children in/out, follow DHHS childcare licensing, recognize and report abuse as a mandated reporter, and build relationships with participants and volunteers.

Provide community outreach and client navigation: manage intake, assess needs, connect clients to resources, oversee navigation helpline, lead staff/volunteers, track referrals and produce reports while ensuring safety, confidentiality, and excellent customer service.

Support racquet sports programs by assisting the racquet pro with curriculum, teaching tennis and pickleball lessons, running clinics/tournaments/camps, ensuring safety and cleanliness, promoting YMCA programs, and building relationships with participants and volunteers.
