Deliver safe, engaging afterschool programming for youth: plan and run activities, supervise participants, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, check children in/out, follow DHHS childcare licensing, recognize and report abuse as a mandated reporter, and build relationships with participants and volunteers.

The Thrive Afterschool Coordinator manages daily operations, collaborates with the Senior Program Director, oversees staff and volunteers, and ensures quality programming for children while promoting healthy living and social responsibility.

Support racquet sports programs by assisting the racquet pro with curriculum, teaching tennis and pickleball lessons, running clinics/tournaments/camps, ensuring safety and cleanliness, promoting YMCA programs, and building relationships with participants and volunteers.

Provide community outreach and client navigation: manage intake, assess needs, connect clients to resources, oversee navigation helpline, lead staff/volunteers, track referrals and produce reports while ensuring safety, confidentiality, and excellent customer service.
