Serve as an as-needed instructional assistant substitute in Head Start classrooms, implementing developmentally appropriate activities, supporting assessments, maintaining safe environments and teacher-child ratios, assisting with documentation, and promoting language and social-emotional growth for preschool children.

Provide instructional support under the direction of a Head Start Teacher for preschool children. Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences, assist with assessments and recordkeeping, support English language learners, maintain safe teacher-child ratios and classroom environment, complete required trainings, and perform other duties as assigned on an as-needed basis.

Provide as-needed classroom support in Head Start programs, implementing instructional activities under a teacher's direction to support preschoolers' social, emotional, physical, and educational development. Maintain safe classroom environments and ratios, assist with assessment and recordkeeping, support English Language Learners, complete required trainings, and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide on-site instructional support for preschool children as an as-needed substitute, implementing learning experiences under a Head Start Teachers direction, maintaining safety and teacher-child ratios, assisting with assessments, documentation, language development, and completing required training.

Provide as-needed classroom support for Head Start preschool programs: implement instructional experiences under a teacher's direction, support child development (social, emotional, physical, educational), assist with assessments, documentation, classroom planning, ELL support, and maintain safe teacher-child ratios and compliance with Head Start standards.

Provide on-site instructional support for preschool children under a Head Start Teacher's direction. Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences, assist with assessments, recordkeeping, classroom safety, and support English language learners. Complete required training and promote positive staff-child relationships. Serve on an as-needed basis covering teacher or instructional assistant absences.

Provide as-needed classroom support by implementing instructional experiences under the Head Start Teacher's direction. Promote children's social, emotional, physical, and educational development; assist with assessment, documentation, ELL support, classroom planning, safety, teacher-child ratios, and required trainings. Complete other duties as assigned.

Support the Head Start Teacher in delivering developmentally appropriate instructional activities for preschool children, assist with assessments, maintain classroom safety and teacher-child ratios, support English Language Learners, complete documentation and trainings, and foster positive staff and family relationships.

Outreach to low-income community members, inform them of available services, assist with agency operations, and process benefit applications. Perform other assigned duties and comply with background screening requirements.

The Head Start Instructional Assistant supports preschool children’s development under the Head Start Teacher's guidance and ensures a safe learning environment.
