Own multi-year strategy, O&M budget, regulatory compliance, contractor performance, reliability KPIs, and modernization (remote sensing, drones, predictive analytics). Manage internal team, oversee contractor governance, support regulatory filings and storm restoration, and drive cost and reliability improvements.

Manage and secure user identities and access across IT and OT environments. Administer IAM platforms (Azure Entra ID, AD, SailPoint), implement SSO/MFA/conditional access, manage provisioning/deprovisioning and PAM, perform access reviews and audits, integrate applications with IAM protocols, automate workflows, investigate access incidents, support compliance (SOX, NERC CIP), and participate in on-call and emergency response.

Lead FP&A for a regulated utility, driving budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, rate case support, driver-based modeling, scenario analysis, performance management, finance transformation, and cross-functional alignment. Manage and mentor the finance team and support storm restoration efforts.
