Audits and validates opioid project invoices, reimbursement packets, quarterly financial submissions, provider audits, and funder compliance documentation. The coordinator assesses financial risk, performs audit confirmations, prepares reports, supports performance improvement plans, and assists with finance projects. The role requires GAAP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, familiarity with subcontractor and funder billing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, voice, data, imaging, licensing, user access, and system availability. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, equipment installation, and user setup assistance. Maintain SharePoint and support Active Directory and Exchange environments. Assist with LAN security, backups, systems analysis, and infrastructure development while serving as backup to the Senior Systems Administrator.
