Teams at Central Church

Lead live production for weekend and college services, ministry gatherings, and special events. Coordinate audio, lighting, video, staging, equipment, schedules, run sheets, and setup across multiple spaces. Recruit, schedule, train, and lead volunteer production teams while maintaining consistent technical quality. Support administrative planning, equipment care, storage organization, and coordination across ministries. The role requires live audio experience, comfort with changing production environments, project coordination skills, and availability for Saturday and Sunday services.

Provides part-time administrative support to the Groups Team by coordinating rooms, registrations, events, trainings, logistics, purchases, volunteer assistance, childcare communication, inquiries, and follow-up workflows using Planning Center and Google Workspace.

Participates in a 25–29-hour weekly church residency focused on departmental specialization, ministry rotations, and academic or professional development. Residents attend meetings and classes, complete assignments and rotation objectives, communicate schedules and absences, collaborate with supervisors and staff, and develop ministry, organizational, communication, and leadership skills. The role requires active participation in Central Church, regular worship, alignment with church values, and a growing relationship with Jesus.
