Analyze and monitor a complex hybrid network (on-premises data centers and Azure/AWS), perform maintenance and rollouts, troubleshoot complex issues, implement and support Cisco routing/switching, firewalls and load balancers, perform incident resolution and root cause analysis, maintain documentation and provide 24x7 on-call support.

Reviews suspicious transaction reports and other FINTRAC filings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Performs pre- and post-submission quality assurance, validates supporting documentation, identifies errors and control gaps, analyzes trends, tracks remediation and performance metrics, and supports procedure improvements. The role also provides guidance to AML staff, escalates material concerns, and contributes to regulatory reporting process optimization.

Lead end-to-end client onboarding for Treasury Client Sales, manage documentation and operational handoffs, own Salesforce CRM data quality, build reports and dashboards, drive automation and process improvements, coordinate client communications, and ensure controls, audit readiness, and timely delivery to support growth.
