The Claims QA Auditor Lead oversees the daily operations of the Claims Quality Team, ensuring the quality review program is effective and reporting metrics accurately. They manage audits, mentor team members, and identify quality improvement opportunities.

Own and lead Centivo's stop loss and captive product portfolio, defining program structure, pricing, reinsurance, underwriting alignment, and performance management. Build the risk product roadmap, design captive strategy, partner with underwriting/actuarial/finance, translate technical mechanics into operational requirements, and represent products externally to brokers, consultants, and partners.

The Manager, Marketing Communications & Automation will execute and optimize communications for Centivo's health plan members, manage campaigns, leverage AI tools for better content, and collaborate across teams to enhance member engagement.
