Perform daily planned and random onsite inspections of commercial roofing projects, document visits and photos, enforce manufacturer and company installation specs and OSHA safety guidelines, conduct final QC within 24 hours of completion, report major installation errors, support crews with materials and coordination, and attend subcontractor and production meetings.

Remove and replace various commercial roofing systems under a foreman. Safely operate hand and power tools, work outdoors in varied weather, lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and travel or work overtime as needed.
