Develop territory and accounts through prospecting, cold calling, lead follow-up, site inspections, proposals, and product demonstrations. Manage time and territory, close deals, travel overnight occasionally, and meet sales targets.

Plan, direct, and coordinate commercial/industrial polished concrete and epoxy flooring installation projects. Oversee scheduling, organization, crews and supervisors, ensure project completion, manage resources, communicate with stakeholders, and work flexible hours including travel, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
