Assist the foreperson in supervising a commercial/industrial roofing crew. Perform and oversee roofing installations (EPDM, BUR, foam, metal, acrylic, shingles), ensure safety, communicate with team, and solve on-site problems.

Lead and supervise a crew of 6–8 on commercial/industrial roofing jobs, ensuring safety, quality, and service. Train crew members, perform and oversee roofing tasks (single-ply systems a plus), follow safety procedures, climb ladders, lift materials, and work weekends if needed.

Perform removal and replacement of commercial roofing systems under a foreman, safely operate hand and power tools, work outdoors in varied weather, lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders to 25+ feet, and accommodate weekend, holiday, out-of-town travel and overtime as needed.
