Manages daily office operations and provides administrative support to management and sales representatives. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and reports, handling calls and mail, ordering supplies, tracking sales and marketing campaigns, researching market segments, and supporting customers, vendors, and employees.

Develops commercial flooring accounts and territories through prospecting, cold calling, marketing, site inspections, proposals, demonstrations, and customer follow-up. Sells installed polished concrete, epoxy, and related flooring systems and materials to commercial, retail, and industrial customers. Requires commercial flooring sales experience, territory development skills, closing ability, a valid driver’s license, and some overnight travel.
