Commercial roofers remove and replace various roofing systems under foreman direction. Responsibilities include safely operating hand and power tools, working outdoors in varied weather, meeting physical demands, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and completing roofing work on schedule. Weekend, holiday, overtime, and out-of-town work may be required.

Develops commercial flooring sales territories and accounts through prospecting, follow-up, telemarketing leads, targeted marketing, and business development meetings. Conducts site inspections, delivers proposals, demonstrates flooring materials, and provides accurate project information. The representative sells installed polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and related coating systems to commercial, retail, and industrial customers. Some overnight travel is required, along with territory management and new-account development.
