Analyze product telemetry, user signals, performance, behavior, feature adoption, and product metrics. Develop recurring reports, dashboards, and visualizations, investigate issues and trends, and provide insights supporting product initiatives and rapid iteration. Develop and maintain Azure CLI features in Python or Azure PowerShell modules in C#. Responsibilities include writing scalable, documented code, participating in code reviews, collaborating with global engineering teams, contributing to open-source projects, and supporting CI/CD workflows. The role focuses on cloud platform tooling, infrastructure automation, engineering quality, performance, troubleshooting, and developer tool development.

Develop, fine-tune, deploy, monitor, and optimize NLP and large language models using transformer architectures. Build production-ready model applications and REST APIs, collaborate with product and data science teams, and improve reliability and scalability. The role involves applying frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, exploring agentic AI technologies, and deploying solutions with modern cloud and containerization tools.
