Teams at Centessa Pharmaceuticals

Manage early-stage global Orexin drug development programs across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include integrated Gantt planning, dependency and risk management, dashboards, budgets, vendor oversight, governance presentations, regulatory submission support, and team meeting coordination. The role requires extensive pharmaceutical or biotech R&D experience, project management expertise, and knowledge of IND-enabling work, clinical and nonclinical development, CMC, regulatory interactions, and global submissions.

Lead cross-functional program management for high-complexity global R&D programs: maintain integrated program Gantt as single source of truth, identify/manage interdependencies and risks, run team meetings, maintain dashboards, issue logs and budgets, manage vendors, support regulatory submission documents, and prepare governance/executive materials while refining PM best practices.
