Leads global and regional HEOR strategy for Centessa’s Orexin Franchise, including real-world evidence studies, healthcare database analyses, PRO strategies, health economic models, AMCP dossiers, and value communications. Partners with clinical, medical, market access, commercial, regulatory, legal, and external research teams to support regulatory submissions, HTA dossiers, payer negotiations, launch readiness, and post-launch value demonstration. Manages vendors, budgets, governance, publications, presentations, and evidence-generation plans across the product lifecycle.

Reviews CDMO data, methods, batch records, and production reports to finalize CMC source documents. Authors scientific and regulatory reports, summaries, and conclusions supporting submissions. Coordinates with Quality, Clinical Supply, and Regulatory teams on specifications, shelf-life, investigational product documentation, and filing modules. Organizes analytical, validation, method development, drug substance, and drug product documentation.

Provides senior scientific expertise in molecular pharmacology and translational neuroscience, designing in vitro and ex vivo studies focused on GPCR assays and brain slice electrophysiology. Manages CRO partners, oversees protocols and data quality, interprets mechanistic results, and translates findings into drug development strategy. Collaborates cross-functionally across discovery programs and guides junior scientists without direct people-management responsibility.
